Dissection of the Ascending Aorta in a Patient with HLA-B27 Associated Ankylosing Spondylitis

ABSTRACT.

We describe a 38-year-old patient with ankylosing spondylitis complicated by a non-traumatic dissection of the ascending aorta without concomitant Marfan's syndrome. (First Release Mar 15 2008; J Rheumatol 2008;35:713-6)
