Terms of Access

The Journal of Rheumatology provides access to its full text online contents only for the term of your subscription, which is January to December of the current calendar year. For subscriptions entered and activated late in the current year, the term of access will be from the time of entry and activation until December 31 of the same calendar year.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws applicable in Ontario, without respect to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes with The Journal of Rheumatology Online resides in the courts of the province of Ontario, Canada.

Language

The parties acknowledge that they have requested this agreement, as well as all documents given pursuant to this agreement, to be drawn up in English.
